CHANGES - RETURNS POLICY

CHANGE PRODUCTS

If the customer wishes to change a product, he has the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of estimated receipt, without any return charge, provided that the return will be made with the cooperating Courier and in the same package as all supporting documents otherwise the fee is 3.00 euros for returns from customers within Thessaloniki and 3.50 euros for returns from customers in the rest of Greece outside hard-to-reach areas.

RETURN A PART OR A WHOLE ORDER

If you wish to cancel part or all of the order after receiving the products, you can make a return within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the estimated delivery date & we will refund your money the same way the payment was made, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days or your money will be credited for any new order you wish. In case of changing the initial order, the 14 days count from the day of the first (1) order.

Returns involving a refund will incur the cost of shipping to the customer.

If you make a return with ACS and the indicator

“Recipient Charge”, will be deducted from your refund amount 3,00 euros for returns within Thessaloniki and 3.50 euros for the rest of Greece.

*In the event of a refund to a bank other than the one cooperating with OMONYMA, any interbank costs are charged to the customer

The cost of the new shipment is charged to the customer with 3.00 euros within Thessaloniki and 3.50 euros for the rest of Greece. span>.

Changes are made at the discount rate of the original order.

For all returns it is necessary to contact OMONYMA first.

After the end of 14 (fourteen) calendar days, product & money returns are not accepted.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS WITH CHARGE

In case of a second (2nd) return concerning the same order, the costs for the return & receipt of the order will be borne by the customer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CHANGES

To be returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and must have the identification tag with all designer fabric tags attached to the product, in their original condition with all documents that accompanied it (e.g. Proof of Retail Sale - T.D.A. etc.).

In the event that it is found that it does not meet the above conditions in the product inspection, OMONYMA must return the parcel back to the consumer with a 'Consignee Charge' or contact the customer for the resolution of the issue.

If all the above conditions are met, OMONYMA is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. In case of a higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.

The cost of the new shipment is borne by the customer with 3.00euro for customers within Thessaloniki and 3.50 euro for customers in the rest of Greece regardless of the amount.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Products that have been damaged upon receipt or that have a manufacturing fault are classified as defective. Products that show damage due to use and wear are not considered defective.

All products with an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product, if available, otherwise the customer may choose any other item within 7 (seven) calendar days. However, OMONYMA reserves the right, in case of disputed complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection to clarify whether the complaint is genuine.

The customer will be informed of the progress of his complaint. Where possible, OMONYMA will repair the defective product.

When returning and reshipping defective products, the customer does not incur any shipping costs.

If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer.
